My thesis comment on Service Arechitecture

Next Generation Service Architecture has two flavour.

1. OMA Service Architecture
2. Mobilife Service Architecture.

OMA defines IMS Enabler and services.

IMS application needed following functionality from IMS core.


Network functionality Interfaces: Sh,ISC,Ut,Ro,RF
Application triggering Interfaces: ISC,Sh
Network Information Interfaces: Sh,Dh,ISC
Network Resource Interaces: Sh,ISC,Ut,Ro,Rf

I have seen the similarity between OSE and Parlay.Similarity is that Parlay solution either in Parlay or ParlayX can be used in conjunction with OSE when OMA enablers are using IO interface.
